RAMEN RUNNER

The Ramen Runner food truck concept provides ramen to university students in Raleigh, NC. The goal is to serve affordable, quality ramen on selected days at multiple university campuses.

The menu is based on a checkmark system for easy and fast communication of orders. It also includes a key that shows what foods are hot or salty. In addition, the bowl packaging holds the chopsticks for transportation.
